Biography:
Elena Partal is a agronomist researcher at NARDI Fundulea (Romania). His research interests is innovative technologies to improve sustainable agricultural for the main field crops. The scientific contribution concerned soil works, fertilization schemes, soil water retention, crop rotations, plant adaptation to climate change, strategies for the rational use of soil and environmental resources. As Head of the Agrotechnical Department, planning and coordination of experiences and laboratories with a team of over 30 people and is responsible for the development and dissemination of results within national/international scientific events. Author of books/chapters and international/national articles with ISI/BDI qualifications. Implementation/partnership leader in over 25 national/international projects
