Biography:
Pranshu Tyagi is an undergraduate Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering student at the University of Maryland, College Park, with a strong interest in environmental science and microbial systems. His research focuses on understanding how microorganisms can be leveraged to improve water quality and generate renewable energy through microbial fuel cells. Pranshu has also contributed to projects exploring the bioengineering of bacterial extracellular vesicles and presented his work at national conferences. Pranshu aims to pursue a Ph.D. to advance clean energy and microbial technologies that address global environmental challenges
