Hafsa Ashraf

Biography:

Hafsa Ashraf is a PhD scholar and Food Science & Technology professional with a strong passion for food research, teaching, community development, and social welfare. She has served as a Visiting Lecturer and has experience in teaching and academic research, particularly in food processing, food engineering, food safety, and value-added food product development. Alongside her academic career, she has been actively involved in social work for the past five years. She has volunteered with Rashda Sher Foundation and contributed to fundraising, community welfare, and other social initiatives. She has also worked with Ruhma Foundation and participated in charitable activities, including fundraising for people in need. Her commitment to social service has been recognized through an award from the Zakat Foundation of America. I am a hardworking, passionate, and socially responsible individual who believes in using my knowledge and skills to create a positive impact. Her long-term vision is to establish her own NGO dedicated to serving communities and supporting people in need while continuing to grow as a researcher, educator, and change-maker.
