Biography:
Amna is a Research Scholar at the National Centre of Excellence in Analytical Chemistry, University of Sindh, and a Research Associate at the International Centre for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS), HEJ Research Institute of Chemistry. Her research focuses on the fabrication and characterization of advanced nanofiber membranes, sustainable composite materials for air and water purification, and the development of colorimetric sensing systems for heavy metals such as mercury and vanadium. She also works on electrochemical sensing technologies for the detection of organic and inorganic pollutants in environmental samples. Committed to sustainable analytical solutions, she integrates innovative material design with practical sensing applications to address environmental and public-health challenges.
