Biography:
Murshidha Irshadh is a recent graduate with a BSc (Hons) in Geographical Information Science from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, graduating with First Class Honours and a CGPA of 3.775. She currently works as a GIS Assistant at the Disaster Management Centre (DMC), Kurunegala, contributing to the Didwah Damage Mapping Project. Her interests include GIS, remote sensing, spatial analysis, disaster management, geospatial problem-solving and community development. She has experience in research, field surveying, GIS projects, and professional internships, with a strong interest in applying geospatial technologies to real-world challenges and sustainable community development.
